Development & Housing, Govt. of India.

Adjacent to Phulwari Sharif Police Station Near Shahid Bhagat Singh Chowk, approximately 5 KM away from Patna Airport and 8 KM away from Patna Railway
Station At present the office of Nagar Parishad, Phulwari sharif
running from Jay Prakash Narayan Community Hall. Chunauti Kuan. Its own
office building with an estimated cost of Rs. 50 laks is proposed to be constructed at a site in the premises of Block Development Office Phulwari Sharif.

Nidan has been entrusted with the task of door to door garbage collection At present has stated its work on a pilot basic in ward no 13, 14 & 22.
(b) Creatice advertisers
Maintenance of street lights. The firm has been given advertisement rights on electric poles for its services.
(c) Adam Media & Recreation Pvt, Ltd. (Adams)
Construction of parks, street lights and beautification.
(d) Selvel Advertising Private Limited, Patna

For Maintenance of High Mast lights.

Future Plan of Nagar Parishad Phulwari Sharif
(i) Tax Collection :-
(a) 100% coverage (assessment) of all holdings in the Nagar Parishad area.
(b) GIS based survey to assess all the holdings in the Nagar Parishad area.
(c) Outsourcing of tax collection.
(d) Direct tax collection from street venders.
(ii) Sanitation
(a) Total outsourcing of sanitation work in order to provide a clean environment to residents of
Parishad area. It includes door to door garbage collection and garbage
disposal and maintenance and cleaning of drainage and sewer.
(b) Solid Waste Management with the help of private sector.
(iii) Computerisation
(a) Total Computerisation of office work.
(b) Complete database in digital form
(c) Training to all employees to make them computer literate.
(iv) Project Samooh shakti
Project Samooh Shakti under Swarn Jayanti Sahari Rojgar Yojna (SJSRY ) has been started wrth the help of Manas,Patna
and IRADA New Delhi. This is the most ambitious project of the Nagar
Parishad, Phulwari Sharif as it has the potential to be one- pill-cure
for all the problems of all the ULB in Bihar in general and Nagar Parishad Phulwari Sharif in particular. Following are the future plans :-
(a) To link all the BPL families of Nagar Parishad Phulwari Sharif area to DWACUA groups.
(b) To handover sanitation and tax collection of Nagar Parishad Phulwari Sharif area to these groups.
(c) To
ensure that these groups play a pivotal role in formulation and
implementation of development plans in Nagar Parishad Phulwari Sharif
area.
(d) To facilitate establishment of industries with forward and backward linkages to the economic activities of DWACUA groups.
(e) Hundred percent literacy and computer training to DWACUA groups.
(f) Hundred percent insurance coverage to DWACUA groups.
(g) Total Medical facility to DWACUA groups.
(vii) Beautification
Beautification of Nagar Parishad Phulwari Sharif area with the help of private parties on PPP basis.
